FOOTBALL NEWS : Wolfsburg wants to get rid of Bendtner

Think German club Wolfsburg to terminate his contract with the Danish striker, Nicklas Bendtner, after the player absent from the team's training and matches since early February last year.

 

Although the survival of more than a year on his current contract with the team, but the German team seeks to terminate the contract with Bendtner prematurely schedule.

German sporting director of the club, Klaus Alfoos, said the official website of the club: "The current situation is not satisfactory for all and can not be sustained."

He added: "That's why I've sat down with his agent on Wednesday and discussed possible solutions."

It is expected to make a final decision against the player very soon, as the player has been stopped by the club and prevent it from playing any games with the team during the coming period until finding the right solution.

Bendtner scored two goals with Wolfsburg this season in 13 games, raising the total tally to nine goals in 47 appearances in his tenure with the team.

It is noteworthy that Bendtner has been fined by the club twice this season after his lack of training courses for the team and lack of discipline.
